firearms is for small penises

thats cool
here we are stuck with ten round magazines and ak's look retarded with them

lmao no, 10 rounds magazines are only for demilitarized rifles.
If you buy a new semiauto carbine/rifle it have pinned 29 rounds magazine (because it's a well known fact that the 30th rounds is the one that kills you)

Not anymore in Germany they passed law that only 10 round mags can be distributed and any mag that could be modified to hold more has to be given to authorities.

>France and Switzerland
>"BASED AND GUNPILLED"
I understand your intent but I'd like to point out that there is sadly there is no such thing anymore. The closest things to a free-gun nation are select states in the U.S.A, even Canada has great gun laws compared to other nations. Our gun laws are, however, highly restrictive and come with great risks to the owners. Violating a small law can land you ten years in prison here and you will be permabanned from owning firearms. I feel bad for Europeans who are liberty conscious and have an interest in firearms.

You can only own a gun in sweden if you're part of a small club of 45yo+ boomer extravagants with 10 licenses and registrations and special responsibilities and a licensed fireproof safe bolted to the foundation and you submit to random inspection of your entire home and person. 0 chance of crime or antigovt activity from these people.

/f
we can even buy drum mags lmao they are not considered "weapon parts" but only accessories.

This isn't including pinned mags? When was this legislation passed? In Canada we're cucked to 5 rounds in semi-auto centerfires. Rimfire semi-autos have no such restrictions. However, we have a few notorious loopholes. AR-15's which accept pistol mags are allowed to have 10 rounds provided the magazine is intended for a pistol because the magazine (what it is intended for), not the firearm, determines the capacity limit. So if the magazine is a "pistol magazine" which fits a rifle, it can used in a rifle with the capacity limit of a pistol (10 rounds).
Are there any similar statutes in German law? Are you only allowed magazines originally designed to hold 10 rounds?

Fuck you noguns memeflag pussy. I doubt you've ever lurked /k/.

I think 10 for any "long weapons" i.e. all rifles, shotguns etc. and 20 for "hand weapons" pistols. If you have rifles/carbines that can accept pistol mags I think it's regulated so that you are only allowed to put in 10 rounds.

>I think it's regulated so that you are only allowed to put in 10 rounds.
Are you a gun owner? I understand the surface level requirements to own guns in Germany but I don't know the full details. Is this done with pinned mags?

>Are you a gun owner?
No. I've only read up on it sparsely. Pinned mags were the norm before. Only rifle mags which you can buy and own now are physically limited to 10 rounds. I don't know if pistol mags get pinned though.

Win.

well played.

took me solid 2 minutes to realize you guys are actually talking about clips..
gun magazines are magazines about guns

Have you considered getting the loicense? As I understand it, you need to provide a 'valid reason' lmao, get some type of insurance and join a range. Very similar to the restricted loicense in Canada; it requires range membership and some sort of proof that you're not schizo. For the non-restricted loicense you basically have to show up to a course, listen a bit and apply. The RCMP called neither of my references and issued it within two months.
I'd recommend jumping through the hoops, it's worth it to acquire such a valuable tool. I've only used it to control pests on my property so far but I intend to hunt with my guns within the year. It can be the difference between life and death in a time of recession.

cringe x2

We already have one resident master baiter ITT, no need to add more.

swedes use firearms to shoot you behind your back.
Because backstabbing is a national sport in sweden

You don't need a range membership to get a restricted license or to buy restricted guns in Canada. Just write down that you intend to join one when applying for your license. For the provinces that want you to have a membership before approving restricted gun transfers, it is not part of the law and they're being dicks, a guy in Ontario challenged that a while ago and won, now they no longer ask for a range membership when buying restricteds.

>a guy in Ontario challenged that a while ago and won
Guess I'm a bit outdated, that's what boomers on CGN always say. Even Cangen on /k/ perpetuates that.
Even it's technically not a requirement to acquire the license, it's still a requirement to exercise the usage of R firearms. Retailers and the CFO ask for information pertaining to your membership, do they not? Even if they didn't, you're "not allowed" to fire R guns anywhere but a range. Not to mention those cucked transport authorizations.
