Look at the reported missing and then the year end total that rolls over. Kids are reported missing and left there for 7 yrs until proven found or dead or 7 yrs has passed then they are taken off the list. The stats above are new cases for one year not counting the roll over.

every day 200 to 300 new cases are being filed but also at the same time 200 to 300 hundred cases are being solved and removed from the list.
so 9200 directly connected cases of about 83million inhabitants
given the fact that everything here is much more compact than in america there are probably less opportunities to "go missing" "disappear" or "get snatched"
reading into some cases i guess population denisty doesnt have directly something to do with this more so does "space" and gaps in "surveillance"
