No one can disprove him because he's not wrong. Doctors are able to label any death a COVID19 death now and that's what they've been doing. That's why deaths from heart disease, cancer etc have fallen so much. Meanwhile, you can only count a living person as an official infection if they are tested. Obviously, this causes a disparity between the number of infected and the number of people who die from COVID19. It's extremely likely that the true death rate of COVID19 is only marginally worse than the flu.
