The Soviet Union is gone, and that was the original purpose of NATO:to remove the Soviet Union or prevent attacks/annexation. What is NATO's purpose now?
What is the purpose of NATO?
eu zogbots
makes the eu feel safe and gives welfare shitskins something to do
now to protect the private energy industry pipelines oilfields and shipping lanes
NATO has been fully subverted by globohomo after the end of the Soviet Union. It will be soon replaced however.
to prevent Germany and Russia developing a relationship that could challenge US global power
Ok chang
To babysit people who hate us
I am a NATO fanbitch. No point in saying otherwise. A zog bitch. I enjoy the security it provides. Americans over Russia and China any day. Tried germans, kinda sucked and they always lose anyways.
NATO exists as the foundation of security for the western world in the post-WWII era. Without NATO, member states would be vulnerable to russian and chinese aggression and occupation. Putin has repeatedly shown his repugnant desire to resurrect the malign influence of Russia beyond its borders, and threaten the human rights all who fall within his grasp. Likewise China seeks a world where authoritarianism can flourish without the United States interfering on behalf of oppressed peoples. Without the sacred covenant of Atlantic nations, countries could be undermined by disinformation campaigns and psychological warfare into questioning the very essence of who they are, and align themselves with a growing axis of rogue states who seek to secure power outside legitimate means, who seek to circumvent the rules-based international order upheld by the might of the US military.
supporting the "globehomo kike immigrant bbc for virgin white girls fake banking fake debt" - agenda
as an unelected kike front
lol
Yet you worship the CCP and Putin, who are the real ZOG.
Without NATO and/or EU the Baltic states would 100% been invaded by Russia or had "people's uprisings" in Estonia and Latvia (Lithuania had a policy to minimize Russian demographics since after WW1).
So at least it's vitally important for someone living in buffer states.
This, I love the freedom America gives us. America over Russia and China any day
funny how russa weren't interested in the balkans until they started joining nato and having nato troops on their boarder
ARR MATEY WE NOW PIRATES CABRON WE STEAL THE BOOTY AND DRINK ALL THE TEQUILA
FUCK THE ROYAL NAVY BTW
>isn't aware of his country's main foreign policy goal in Europe for the last century or two
This is incorrect. Russia stands ready to invade eastern europe the minute any cracks appear in our resolve. It is necessary for the United States to expand our defensive posture closer to Russia in order to hold back their aggression, nothing more. But keep parroting RT talking points, it's the only way to make those 50 rubles.
>What is NATO's purpose
Burger dominance over Eurasia.
Yeah they didn't care t all, if you just exclude the last 200 years. Lmao dude.
You'd care to become too outrageous to attack, if you were in any sort of danger.
I don't care if you wanna be a first strike target for western oligarchs but you can't build up military forces on a country's boarder and not expect suspicion
>Austria
>Intermarium
Pick one
in 2014 when the us were asking people of european countries if nato should defend ukraine
putin said he couldn't fight nato so he'll use nukes
russia wanted to join nato. the americans said no
in 1954 and after the ussr collapsed.
nato needs an enemy more than they need peace
nato is a bureaucracy looking for a reason to exist
This
Its the American Empire.
The burgers pay most of the collective defece budget and in return get to have a say in Europe's internal affairs and defense.
Imagine the CCCP won the cold war, NATO disbanded and the Warsaw Pact was still ongoing and expanding. That's what NATO is.
Show flag
Good. So they're deadlocked and overt conflict is averted. I love the fact that nukes exists and we don't have WW scale wars.
it keeps europe from arming itself, keeps russia at bay (though thats hardly necessary nowadays)
europe started several wars last century and drug a lot of not euros into it. I'm glad they're not in charge anymore
It's just the difference, if the discussion is after or before Russian mongoloids are fucking around in your country.
hydroxychloroquine cures covid 19
True enough, yes, but why the bloody hell did your country bring back the draft? It feels like an exercise in stupidity trying to modernize and field like what, a couple of brigades, when your country already has a plethora of problems to deal with. Doesn't make sense to waste lives in the unlikely event of an invasion on a NATO state, what with the aging population and dwindling youth due to the so called 'brain drain'.
