it's called conditioning. sometimes when you're in a firefight and you need people to do things and you're under a lot of stress you end up yelling at them. and you know, it's really important that in these crucial situations when shit absolutely needs to get done or else people will die, it's kind of great if the person you're yelling at is absolutely used to it and doesn't freeze up and break down crying because things are exploding and their superior officer is suddenly not being very nice and using a lot of loud foul words.
