The Caucasuses wasn’t really that big of an interest. Germany might’ve let turkey have it, they didn’t care so much about land too far from their base.
Scandinavia would’ve been integrated into a “pan Germanic Union”, similar time Great Britain, where each state maintained its culture but was under one leadership.
Finally, Finland would’ve just conquered whatever was left for them to get. The Germans weren’t interested in land very far north, so they would’ve just let em have it.

No, they offered to withdraw from the Netherlands as well. Simiarly the Netherlands was governed under a Reichskommissariat administration but was never formally annexed into Greater Germany. If anything the Reichskommissariat of Belgien-Nordfrankreich was actually annexed into Germany in 1944 despite the Allies having already captured most of its territory.

It seems unlikely that the Germans would have kept Western Banat under military occupation following the war, they probably would have either given it to the Hungarians or back to the Serbs.There's really no reason why Germany would have taken Syria from Vichy France either, if anybody would have taken it, it would have likely been Italy.

Perhaps my colours should be better differentiated but Syria does not belong to Germany in the scenario I posted. In fact it doesn't belong to the French State either. It is its own state. Similary West Banat is not actually part of Germany, it is the SS State Prinz-Eugenland, a hypothesized state to control the mouth of the Danube and governed by the local Volksdeutsche population.
