I'm trying to improve my life, learn, study and be generally product. One thing I've learned is that you can and should positive habits with a treat afterwards. What's a healthy/non detrimental treat? The only things I really like a junk food. I don't really like video games and everything else I do enjoy is too much effort to be a proper, immediate treat.
Any recommendations on either an edible treat that isn't too detrimental having daily, or some other idea.

320lb (fat) 6 foot male alcoholic here. Been doing a lot of research past month and I've decided I want to do a fast for around 6 months to loose most my fat and break my alcoholism. I once did a fast when I was in high school for 90 days and lost 90lbs (I exercised a lot) before I joined the Army. Should I do it again? I'm just so tired of being fat and alcoholic, and I try dieting but always fail because I'll get drunk and then eat a lot and do it for a whole week. I feel like a big change will be easier to follow than small changes.

It was, even Dr. Pierce pretty much admitted to it considering he was pulling in millions of dollars and he'd have to pay 30%+ of that to feds if he hadn't. Believe me I'm not complaining. I think what he did was absolutely smart.
