I have literally never heard of someone being suspended for talking back or being disruptive in class. I have seen people get detentions for it or extra homework. I suppose if the student is such a little shit that they are running around the classroom, screaming and cursing at the teacher after multiple warnings they might get suspended, but just how much of a shit do you have to be? I have only ever heard of people getting suspended for getting into fights where someone got seriously hurt (IE broke a bone). I have gotten into fights myself, with black kids, and neither of us got suspended.

What’s their unit of measurement? Misbehaviors per second? Misbehaviors aren’t equal to each other. Here’s a question: it mentions that white students are more likely to get disciplined for documentable offenses, but is that true for each individual documentable offense? Or just documentable offenses as a whole? Which race has a higher rate of getting disciplined for violence?

i think the implication is that blacks get arrested for having an unregistered gun or having pot etc (crimes that dont harm anyone) and they are absent from the house. this is ofcourse coupled with the assumption that most black arrests are petty crimes that shouldnt land them in jail but systemic discrimination blah blah lefty stuff blah blah.
