If you're paying someone like Jones to misinform large swathes of the population, then chances are you want him to have as big a reach as possible. What then would be the purpose of banning him from huge pools like Youtube, Twitter, etc etc?

That's the obvious answer I was expecting, but it still makes no sense. They could pull his videos from youtube, to give the appearance of censorship and victimhood, but then just quietly let him re-upload them and then maybe pull them again sometime later on.
But a full on ban from the major outlets that everyone is familiar with? Nah, that makes me think he's legit.
