''Only 800K on a 30 year loan'' buy now before the price goes up ! Hurry.

Why are Americans like this? I speak for all Europeans when I say that we laugh about the naivety and stupidity of all this.

basically it's beyond retarded to buy a wooden house or pay more than 10K for it.

the wooden house i live in is over 100 years old and has survived numerous small to medium magnitutde earthquakes.

i wouldn't borrow 800k to buy it though.

it's worth a little over 60k by my assessment.

>you need a stone house

no you don't, retard

you're delusional if you think mcmansions cost that much because of materials.
it's all about nigger-proximity.

800K only ,be a good goy.

I shall either be building a compound out of shipping containers or a metal kit house. Wood is retarded for its quality, and brick or concrete is exorbitant in price.

there are niggers everywhere in the US. It's basically a second haiti.

We don't think about you at all.

not even proper wood, compressed sawdust

My house is 25 years old and I paid 190k for it, 1/4 acre of land in a nice neighborhood; My mortgage is $1400 a month with taxes, don’t live in a shithole lib state with super high taxes and you’ll be fine.

It is worth hundreds of thousands just for the pile of materials that went into it.
New constructions are fucking horrendous because of the quality of the materials that go into them. Even the high end ones are made of utter shit and will be starting to fall apart within 10yrs.
I'd take an old-timey fixer upper like this guy has. Fix it up myself. Yes I have the knowledge and the tools.
t. Was in construction for 15yrs.

Are you even white?

Nothing in your country is worth more than a Hobo's dick cheese and you're proud. Lol kys eurotrash.

$1400/ month on a $190k purchase in a red state? Wtf? Did you put zero down or is your interest rate like 12%?

Fucking beautiful. And yep, all that old-timey wood was grown during a time when winters were longer and summers shorter, and the grains are all tighter. Fucking hardwood pine. They don't even bother leaving the wood in a nice dry warehouse for a couple years so it acclimates anymore.

These come used for >$100K if you’re willing to put in the work

Days without europoor obsession: 0

How is the sound insulation in those fake wood houses? Can you hear everything being said in the next room?

I only know stone or brick house, I have no experience.

>Implying the average price for a house in the netherlands is better.

At least what you pay for a house in the U.S. is the actual value of the location and property value. In the Netherlands you pay for the privilige of a permit allowing you to live there. You can't even legally live in a trailer if you wanted to user trash ;p

>I speak for all Europeans when I say that we laugh about the naivety and stupidity of all this.
Rent in the UK is the equivalent of like $3k/month, though.

You have a housing shortage too.

Sure most look like that....

You need to look at your micro-country and the way it's become the centre of degeneracy and niggertry before you voice your concern about other countries, swamp jew.

Because the netherlands is very full and the size of an american suburb.

Lol if you live in London maybe.

Bet that's a code violation nightmare. Mold issues would be a nightmare. I bet it's all horsehair and lathe. All those window replacements. Probably tented fir floors because of all those broken windows. Where is this and why is there a widows walk? This near the ocean?

Damn, this house is a wreck.
You would be better off just taking all the dimensions and building a new one.

No, because of government monopoly on housing permits, there is enough space to buildl. You're just not allowed to build because it would lower the average price, thus less taxes and less economic growth on paper. Most real estate is owned by pension funds and investors they don't want any rent or house to be affordable. At least in Germany you can buy a decent house for 20-30k if you're not willing to live in a major city, try that here.

I did some termite damage repair I'm my parents house.
>built in 1948 with old growth wood
>small grain, dry wood termites hate it
>home addition from 1990s used modern soft pine.
The wood from the 90s has more termite damage than the entire house previously had.

Smells like poorfag renter cope in here.

Fuck I slipped into your wife's vagina again tell her not to leave it out when I am coming to get your rent, little cuckie

You would have to make sure they were in a smaller town or small city otherwise they would likely be close to certain demographics.

You know what grinds my gears? Euro countries smaller than some US states brag about how well they're governed. There's practically nothing to govern. Fucking europoor bragging about how their house is worth $10k. Fucking ant world lol.

lol how is east germany so empty...

They don't have a choice. Got to get that white picket fence!

>why is there a widows walk?
That is the vintage turret.

>be me
>visit eurostan
>see wood houses everywhere
>come home and see this post
Gianthooksmallfish.jaypeg

>shouldn't pay more than 10k for a house that costs 50k in materials and 100k in labour/permits/inspections on a plot land worth $250k Good luck with that

Someone call american pickers.

all jews btw

Sounds about right. Add to that, that everything you build with that shit, is going to move and warp. Half the lumber they get delivered to construction sites, cracked, giant fucking banana boards. Particle board, I can't even believe that ever became a thing. Not even plywood, fucking particle board. Slap it up, seams don't matter, tyvek the fuck out of it and cover it up in fake plastic siding. Fucking horrendous.

Pretty good. I have nothing by studs and drywall between the living room and my kids bedroom and can not hear the tv in the living room from the kids room.

Some people will put in sound insulation.

Wood framing, and metal framing, is very strong if done properly.

>permits/inspections
When I tried to replace my own sewer line to save $5000 everyone at the county building inspector office tried to talk me out of it. They are in cahoots with the licensed contractors.

>we can fix it up, guys
80s montage activated

Attached: footloose-danceassoff-screenshot-link.jpg (145x145, 22.13K)

That would cost like 300k to renovate and even more if you wanted top of the line fixtures
t. Contractor

Belgium and western Germany look like a nightmare. Why is eastern France so thinly populated but right across the border it is jam packed? Is it because the French only care about having one big city, Paris?

A common misconception. A lack of public transportation makes nearly all suburban and rural areas white people exclusive.

This is true. If a house is in a good public school district and has low crime rates, property values are double. Both of these are proxies for the number of blacks (and hispanics) in the district.

>Not living in a thatched, wattle & daub house from the 500s.

Whiter than you goblino.

That looks like the shit they put up in satanic movies. No thanks.

Russians killed and chased away all the Germans for about fifty years.

You'll be doing none of that from your mom's basement.

just big enough to wank off to your mum, right nige?

They are putting up new three level condos everywhere in California. OSB everything including joists and plastic water pipes. One water leak and the whole thing will be trash. The bank still gives out $600k for each of these.

I’d say it’s worth it when you look at how much you’d pay for a ‘new’ particle board house.

I’d rather pay a similar overall price, have the ability to customize it and have an overall better house at the end.

Don't go full tinfoil. Sure they've exchanged phone numbers, bit they aren't as buddy-buddy as you might think. But good on you. I love self-sufficient people.

Weird how car-dependent cities like Atlanta, Houston, or Charlotte have a much higher black % than NYC does even though NYC has the best transit system in the country. Trust me black people have no problem driving, good luck living almost anywhere in the south without a reliable car

Aye, perfect really.

>not living in a condo in the city, dazing our the window as if you were on Coruscant

Most people who buy mcmansions have 1-2 kids. Its more of a dick measuring contest than anything

A lot of inspectors were former contractors and are likely related or friends with other contractors. Also, with plumbing, if you fuck it up it will cause huge damage to your house and inspectors are used to seeing DIYers completely fuck everything up

High rises are pure cancer though
>unironic star wars reference

you're not European, Abdul. You're a refugee. Say it with me, "I AM A REF-UUUU-GEE".

>basically it's beyond retarded to buy a wooden house or pay more than 10K for it.
You pay for the land, if it's limited like in California (between ocean and mountains) it will never lose its value.

The bigger families tend to live in average sized houses

Can you explain this shit. Never seen one on a site, only heard of them, all the contractors trying to tell me they're stronger than regular joists.
