>Have sleep apnea
>Always feel tired no matter how much I sleep
>Addicted to painkillers
>Ran out of them
>Went to drugstore
>"user we can only sell you Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) if you have a fever because our stock is very low now"
>"user we can't sell you Aspirin and Ibuprofen without a prescription at this moment"
Should I do illegal drugs instead, anons? My body is collapsing.
Have sleep apnea
Paracetamol is addictive?
alien abduction is a hell of a drug
You ever tried exercising dumb nigger
> Yas Forums tells you to prep and stockpile
>news jews tells you not to prep or stockpile
>you listened to the jews instead of us
>you got fucked
guess you’re fucked lol
Being a drug addict is fucking gay lmao
Respect your body faggot
it contains codein. the white mans heroin
it’s kind of hard not to be one when you have chronic pain like OP
it’s not like he can just detox and everything will be fine, he will just go back to being in constant pain
Are you really asking Yas Forums for medical advice?
No, you’re thinking of acetaminophen. Paracetamol contains Ferric hexacyanoferrate, the blue man’s heron
Have you tried excercising? Morning Excercises are always useful!!
I think he’s asking Yas Forums whether or not he should do something rash and unwise, which is kind of equally silly because the answer will always be “yes”
get of them user, paracetamol is hard on the organism which is tiring to the body, compared with sleep apnea you will literally die from exhaustion
off*
why haven't u been smoking weed all this time u fucking retard now you are a slave to jewpharma all you poltards are the same
I have sleep apnea too
How do you get rid of this shit
I havent had a good nights sleep in years
Why would anyone do drugs when they can just mow a lawn?
Paracetamol destroys the liver. Painkillers make sleeping problems worse not better. Start an exercise regime and work on your diet. If you must take something eat cannabis. Avoid alcohol.
Just get some good heroin.
Get on methadone or suboxone my man
Why don't you get put on the breathing machines?
I have known 2 people with the condition who were improved by those machines
Also, loose some weight you fat fucks
Work up to running 5k a day, then 5k each morning and evening. Learn to play didgeridoo to strengthen your throat muscles. Eat less and lose weight. Sleep apnea fucking sucks
You can get a mask that opens your airways
That is co-codamol. Paracetamol is acitominophen (sp?), non narcotic.
this
we're looking out for you user, don't fall for the jewish scheme
Eat sardines and other foods that promote decent sleep. Turkey is a good one too.
Lose weight/ wear a mask or nose clip/ change sleeping position/ avoid alcohol/ surgery if nothing else helps.
are you somewhat overweight? Do you sleep on your back? Do you have allergies? How much fresh air do you get at night when you sleep? Does your nose congest when you lie down?
Stop drinking coffee, avoid all legumes (includes peanuts/cocoa/coffee beans) and chocolate or things with cocoa.
Eat sweet potato, broccoli & mince meat exclusively for 3 days straight with no pepper or seasoning and drink nothing but water and warm milk
Sleep apnea: cured
Sleep quality: high
Sleep length: long and deep
Feeling of rest upon waking: high
3 days it will take to begin the benefits, but eat this way indefinitely and you will have a new life
You’re welcome
Otherwise keep popping pharmaceuticals like a loser
Loose the extra weight and the sleep apnea goes away. Fasting is fastest.
How about you stop being such a fat fuck that your fucking fat is LITERALLY suffocating you in your sleep.
Or learn to sleep on your fucking humongous belly.
Ding ding ding we have a winner
They closed the 24hr gym by order of the Governor. Cunts. I'd rarely ever see more than one other person in there
I got it from my father. He snores really loudly and me too. My nose congests heavily when i lie down. I am a bit overweight and already working on fixing that, hopefully that will be enough
If he’s overweight/obese the fastest and healthiest way is carnivore diet, not fasting (which might actually result in net gains in weight)
If you want to lose weight and still have energy and not starve yourself. Eat only red meat (beef/lamb/goat) exclusively with no salt or seasoning or anything. Just meat, cooked any way you want
Your appetite will disappear and 1 or 2 meals of meat per day will be enough to make you full. The weight will drop off you like it’s sweat and your body will start repairing all your broken internal systems
I just drink cola all the time. You probably have plenty of time to sleep nowadays so just suppress the symptoms with cola, stop drinking in the evening then drop to sleep like the dead after taking a piss at night then sleep soundly until midday. When the 'crisis' ends you can go back to normal after suffering a water-only diet for a few weeks.
didn't jordan peterson end up in the hospital because of this diet?
treat your sleep apnea you dumb fuck.
after wondering why i was failing at life for a decade due to chronic fatigue i finally took my doctor's advice and had a sleep study. Turns out i had sleep apnea. CPAP is expensive bullshit so I went with an oral device that advances my jaw to prevent the soft pallate from collapsing in my throat. Did you know I have actual restorative sleep and dream on a regular basis again? I don't wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding. I don't snore. It's great. I might even be able to stop taking my antidepressant because the main reason I took it was for energy. I'm in school and working full time (or was until this faggot virus hit). Wouldn't have been able to do that before. I get on average 5 hours of sleep every night. That would have been unthinkable before. Exhausted even after sleeping 10 hours.
It depends on what kind of apnea you have. But you need to treat it. The oral appliance is fitted by a dentist and costs anywhere from 700 - 2000. It's worth it.
lose weight , alot, if you are 5"9" be 150 pounds
exercise fast walk as fast as you can 30 minutes every day, mid day not close to bed time.
do not eat after dinner at 6pm, kitchen closed, you will sleep better on empty stomach, get one of those beds that elevate, sleep elevated. Alot of sleep apnea is bs to sell you surgeries and devices, it has a large psychosomatic component.
Gyms are filthy germ holes full of arseholes and sluts taking photos for instagram. Go to the forest and cut timber, or do some manual labour at home. Relay your lawn, dig up the driveway, cut hedges.. It's even better if you get paid for it. Paying to excercise is mental there is so much work to be done.
Buy kratom
Get into the forest and the sun
Lose weight
Medical fag here
user OSA is a very serious issue. You need to call your doctor and get worked up because there’s no way to tell how many episodes you’re having in a night without a sleep study. The length of time you become hypoxic and whether or not there is heart arrhythmia is also a defining pathology of OSA.
Best thing you could do without going to doctor is get a mouth piece from amazon to force you to breath through your nose. Other risk factors reducers you might want to explore is losing weight, stop smoking, and eating a healthier more balanced diet/ staying well hydrated.
Comorbidities like chronic hypertension can have serious implications too, if you have multiple things affecting you.
Take care of yourself user, you owe it to your body to at least give it a fighting chance.
Try sleeping on your side. It has to do with your neck thickness. I have sleep paralysis something totally unrelated but have been going to a sleep specialist for years and meet other patients in waiting room who talk about their sleep apnea
>"user we can't sell you Aspirin and Ibuprofen without a prescription at this moment"
Wow and I thought the US was pozzed when it came to drug access..unironically check online
You need to speak to a respiratory therapist, not pol.
No they need to see a sleep and wake disorder clinic.
Are you saying we are not the best people to be giving medical advice?
I'm with you frenchbro
They gave me a CPAP mask and I got used to sleeping with it and my sleep has certainly improved. Only thing is that I'm probably going to need it forever, since my sleep apnea didn't go away after losing all the weight.
