Not really. You just see youtube videos and media and assume that when in reality most of the places that aren't projects have good culture, especially majority white places. I can say the exact same thing about Germany, but when I visited, I actually made an attempt to find a place with majority white people and I had a great time, you would to.

I agree with pretty much everything you say, really, and I wish all of these things could be fixed, but to say they are limited to America is simply not true. Most of this "nigger worship" you see in America is just on the TV and media which is owned, produces, and manipulated by Jews.
