Christians love to claim to care about family values, but the irony is christianity is a religion based off many instances of poor parenting. Primarily infantcide where the father either considers killing his child as a human sacrifice or in other cases when the child was actually killed as a sacrifice as well. The old testament is full of these cases, but the cherry on the top is the most important aspect of the religion is based on this act. God sacraficed his only son jesus. God himself had his child killed. as you can see poor parenting and child sacrafice are key components of Christianity, but somehow they try and pretend that they care about family values when in reality they are just as bad if not worse than the SJWs who want to dismantle the family unit in society.
It wasn't a human sacrifice. Jesus was God. Jesus was the symbol of God himself dying for the sins of humanity. The old testament has one case, where God tests Abraham to see if he would do anything God would ask of him, however, God stops Abraham before he can kill his son, and provides a lamb. It's an Old testament foreshadowing, that we will not have to make a sacrifice, that God himself will provide the sacrifice. AND a HUGE portion of the OT is all about NOT sacrificing children. That's why God called the Hebrews to be different than the tribes around them.
