And if the sources are true that it’s tail is twice the size of Jupiter we are absolutely fucked, meaning for 3 days or a week our atmosphere will be unbreathable and kill off a lot of the population until it washes away / settles down.

I errored in my statment, it's not well water, it's spring water and we have it in a 7000 gal resevor, and that's for everything, it would be gone in days, it's covered, so nothing from the sky would getin, mostly. Yet it's not in jugs with caps. That might be better. I have a hand water filter pump thing for hiking and camping.
F8 SWAN was discovered while it was deep in the southern hemisphere skies at 1.77 AU distant. Currently shining at magnitude +8 in the constellation of Grus the Crane, the comet will pass closest to the Earth at 0.556 AU (51.7 million miles) distant on May 13th , moving about two degrees (four times the diameter of the Full Moon) a day. The comet then reaches perihelion shortly afterwards on May 27th.

if its already breaking up while still so far out from the sun then why do you think there will be anything left to create a tail after it passes the sun? there will be nothing of atlas left to create a tail for us to pass through user and at the rate of break up and disintegration the massive Coma this comet was predicted to create will be a nothingburger.
