I had become so bored under this stay at home order that I decided to play one of my sons video games, aside from Pac-Man back in the 80s I never got into them but I know the "grand theft auto" series is very popular so I figured I would give it a try. Like many parents I thought it was going to be some mindless violence that I would get bored of quickly. But I was wrong... From the character Michael's first therapy session at the start , to the radio stations, character dialogue and situations this game drops red pill after red pill the entire time. Nealry every bit of dialogue has a red pill hidden between the over the top swearing and mayhem. I wish I had this when I was my sons age I would have avoided a lot of life mistakes from marriage to car loans.. luckily my son isn't a rude little fuck like Michael's kids so that's a plus LOL, but some of these cut scenes hit so close to home I had to stop playing and have a stiff drink, especially the horrible longshoreman mission...
Do the kids pay attention to the radio in this game? Because they REALLY should. I understand it's supposed to be "satire" but all of the commercials and segments are the most honest critique of modern American society and government I have ever heard.
Hell even the crazy meth head character drops truth bombs left and right. I highly suggest everyone play this game.

It ran like shit on my rig. I had to lower res and put on medium settings to get a decent framerate. Same thing with la noire, gta4, bully. When RDR 2 came out, I said fuck it, and just got the PS4 version when it first came out. Looked great, no complaints, it was fun getting caught up in playing it the first couple of weeks. Everybody was talking about it, and it felt almost like being part of what we used to call a community. I normally will get games on PC, and I usually wait a few months until a steam sale. I was playing Oblivion when everyone was quoting "took an arrow to the knee" memes.
