the irs set up a portal to find out if they have your info or not, or if you don't file taxes and still need TrumpBux™, they let you enter your info

I filed taxes on the 9th (made no money in 2019) the day before they rolled out the non-filer forms but it says DO NOT non-filer file if you did 2019 taxes. Checking my EIP status today says they currently don't have info on if I get the EIP or not.
This sucks.
