yes here is the same you can get finned even if you cut down some tree, but if there some old traditional farm house (masia) even if its in ruins you can restore it and use it since it also have historic and cultural value

that place needs some work.
if you don't mind living rough you could do it, but it will cost you $$$ time and effort
