since the corona virus first started before anywhere had even been shut down (in australia) the catholic churches shut down first, this was quite bizarre, most churches no longer make the sacrifice everyday now. and nobody has received communion for weeks. although some churches still hold the church service and live stream it instead.
we are very close to the time when the sacrifice will be abondoned, as most cant even receive it now, and we are also close to the abomination of desolation being set up in the holy place, as the past few popes had no problem bringing abominations into the churches and even insulting the altar by placing a beach ball upon it. other priests have desecrated altars much more than the pope has as well.
when the sacrifice is officially abandoned and when other evils are placed upon the altar (and possibly even inside the tabernacle (hopefully not)) then know that the end times is upon us. specifically three and a half years.

We dont do sacrifices because Jesus already made the sacrifice for us. There is no need to consume the flesh and blood of the Son of Man as a scapegoat for our sins, for we believe that the sacrificial traditions have been abolished by His death.
His martyrdom has washed us clean of sin; we dont need to sacrifice to cleanse our sins, for that has already been done.
