There was a huge fire at the top floor and basically there was no way of putting it out, the fire department said they fire will inevitably bring down the building or they could do it themselves in a much more controlled and planned manner. Either way there was no salvaging WTC 7 so the Jew owner opted for a controlled demo. That’s the officially story atleast.
