Half those people aren't even Mongolian, yes they do have Aryan/Scythian/Tocharian Indo European element to them but not largely. They have the same foundation myth as Romans did implying Scythian influence or leadership (during the Xiongnu era) and about 10%+ of Mongols have Scythian R1a haplogroup.

It can't even be called a taboo really, most people have probably not even considered the possibility. They might be put off, sheep and goat's milk are not nearly as popular as cow milk, but it would not be repulsive to most. It tastes fine to me, although kumis is fucking nasty.
