IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THESE

Real talk - can I avoid being tracked on smartphone? Or would I need to return to older types of phones?? Or are phones generally tracked?

k, and? Everything I type here is recorded and filed anyway

I'm still don't have one. Been resisting, but now my banking requires it. What if you take the simcard out? What about a lead box? I hate the idea of having one of these fucking things.

It stores all the info and pushes it to google once it hits a network again. Even if you turn your phone off it continues to collect and store all of your location data.

If it’s turned off, how does it still ping cell towers?

because it's not really off. The only way it ever goes fully off is if the battery is drained completely.

There's probably even a hidden power reserve built in if that happens.

there’s no escape is there?

But I never leave the house? Also no phone calls except to my doctor in the past 6 months.

I guess as one user mentioned, a faraday folder
