He's alright. I'm not crazy about Abenomics pushing women into the workforce, but it is helpful from an economic point of view. Feminism is going to rise everywhere that men care about their daughters, so basically everywhere but the arab world.
He's not doing a good job of getting those people to breed, or his back up plan, get them to allow foreigners to work there. But he wasn't dealt a great hand there.
Also, he failed to protect KyoAni from senseless violence, and allowed a major blow to be dealt to an industry very unique to japan.

He's better than most Japanese politicians but he's still a puppet of the Keidanren (Japanese employers' association) that's pushing for more immigration to lower wages for the Japanese. He isn't doing anything to increase the fertility rate, he probably prefers being invaded by millions of pajeets, niggers, amerimutts, Filipinos, Indonesians, and all sorts of subhumans from shithole countries.
I don't see any other good candidate for his post though, I'm not very optimistic about japan's future to be honest.
