Thoughts on women in the workplace?

I work in finance. One in about every 100 girls is legitimately smart and worked hard to get where they are, the other 99 are semi retarded bimbos who don't know shit. They're lazy as shit and don't take responsibility for anything. They constantly cause problems and find a dude to fix it for them, just like in real life.

Looking to move into data science since women can't do math.

As soon as women get involved you have meetings. Endless hours of meaningless "what if?, what about?". A man takes a job and strips it down to its basics and runs it with maximum efficiency. A woman adds on, fiddles with it, makes it complicated and then employs or promotes their friends to cope with the extra meaningless "work" created. They cry, go mad with menopause and think emotion is a valid reason for doing things. Years ago, you could wait for the Christmas party, load them up with dope and booze and fuck them. You can't even do this now. They should not be anywhere near an efficient workplace. They should be on their backs with their legs in the air or on their knees with their mouths open. Giving them the vote was stupid.

Used to think ti was a really bad idea but have accepted that they can be ok. Male and female interaction should be kept strictly professional and any relationships in the workplace should strongly discouraged. Don't be as harsh to women as you are to men unless they can handle that kind of interaction, but don't take any shit from them either.

I work in a technical profession so as a starter all women at my company act reasonably and don't act in crazy ways. Stories a plenty of those working in finance, service and/or hotel/catering where a lot of weird shit happens.

obviously, women by themselves are never a threat. however, they can be easily manipulated by men in power - and it's done so well that women believe to be free - to push a dangerous for civilization agenda.

I'll concede that some women are capable and intelligent, but most really shouldn't be working. At most they should be in support roles.

This is a legit problem and any board of directors/director/owner should guard against it, if they're not actively engaging in preventing this kind of favoritism by women for women than they're setting themselves up for failure. Same as allowing actual commie inspired fucks and gender relation majors in your company. I'd tell you to start looking for another job depending on how fulfilling your current job is to you or how much they're paying you/benefits they provide. I left a company where HR was a massive feminist-inspired shitfest and I left just in time, last I heard upper management finally got wind of the shitty practices going on since the HR women were apparently bullying project secretaries because of perceived slights.

My experience is same as with men.

Some are cunts, some are average, some are actualy good at their work. Not much more to say than that.
