Accelerationist social liberalism/demsoc with plans to subvert 3rd world goverments and grow their economys by directly replacing their "goverment" and starting an industry of your own there with actual living wages.
If a corp gets a $$$ bailout its also becomes public property with all its intellectual goodies. Speculating banks become opt in and if they still somehow loose their money and its not insured the responsible people get a prison term for the sum of money that is now missing. Which is probably life.
Meanwhile Id introduce a very tiny planned economy which focuses on bankrupting corps which refuse to accelerate for the sake of short gain profits. Main goals would be to drop prices by replacing cashiers with machines or introducing a FEW state run gas stations whose only goal is not to turn an unjust profit. So the prices cannot fluctuate too much
