You need fine copper wire mesh as a structure (think sink stopper), lined with 3 ply of Mylar, with a outer fitting of lead foil (order on eBay for lab equipment), mylar, then three layers of tin foil.
I sewed mine into a hunting cap, so normies don't know I'm wearing it. It stops 3-5 g and interdimensional gamma bursts of demonic communication.
