Most normal people are just going to drown or die in the many natural disasters that will happen all over the world when the poles shift.
The elite are going to hide in DUMB’s and wait until the weather goes back to semi-normalness. They’ll pretend they couldn’t predict this and it was impossible to tell the shift was coming, but you will notice something odd when you see that all the celebrities/billionaires are somehow still alive and talking on television.
The DUMB’s are all connected through a tunnel system. The natural disasters will hit the entire world all at once, and the elite don’t yet know which place to go, so they’re all going to the local DUMB. They will then travel through the tunnel system to the safest place.
Just be in Russia and you’ll be fine. There are no major volcanos, no oceans to flood you, and the worst you have to worry about are earthquakes and heavy winds. Russia is literally going to be paradise when it’s over. There are some notable bunkers that the rich are already hiding in over there. If not Russia then northern Canada is 2nd best

Altough there is a chance that the last cataclysm/flood 12000 years ago (when japan yonaguni monument sunk underwater/submerged), its possible a large object/"nibiru" or similar flew too close to earth and affected its gravity and its rotation. Also google hiewatha meteor crater in greenland. It might have also caused end of iceage when it broke ice off, and that caused a flood. It also could have been a weapon by alien war fought back then... Also its possible Mars had electric lightning which flew all the way to earth and created Mars scar. It isn't clear how quickly the pole shift causes mass flooding. For those who don't know, a pole shift happens every 8000 years or so. It is a result of a much more significant event. Our planet has a metal core surrounded by circulating magma. Within that magma are functional quantities of uranium and thorium. Functional for what? For a slow breeder fission reaction. As the moon stirs the magma, decaying uranium occasionally hits thorium, which in turn turns into uranium to continue the reaction. The reaction creates more fissile material than it consumes. In other words, the reaction increases in intensity over time. Eventually the reaction speeds up to its maximum until it is primarily fissile material interaction with fissile material, and there is an enormous surge as this fissile material quickly reacts. You can see something similar with solar cycles, though in that case it is fusion and the cause of the fluctuation is increases and decreases in heavier elements fusing. To the point, we are reaching the point where the breeder reaction in the Earth's core is reaching the higher point. The increase in pressure and heat causes portions of the Earth's crust to move more quickly. Not quite free floating, but close enough in geological terms. The Earth is a 3d object spinning in space. When a part of that object moves with different inertia, it causes a flip on its middle perturbation. A pole flip. On the surface, we would see rampant volcanism, earthquakes, landmasses sinking into the sea, and flooding. We know it happens, but we cannot stop or predict it with any specificity. But it's either starting now or coming soon.
