Deenz mixed in with basmati rice. Add some Louisiana Hot Sauce or Sriracha to taste. Boil the rice in coconut water for added flavor.

I always just mash them up in a bowl of plain, white rice and then put a can of green peas in there and mix it all up. Might add a little sesame oil if I have it. If I'm drunk, I'll smash up a bag of salt and cracked pepper kettle potato chips and mix that in, too. You know, for the texture.

We usually have canned sardines that already contain spiced sauce, a cayenne pepper, carrots slices and herbs. We put that in some bread and that's it.

Bought a lot of deenz once I realized they are a cheaper, higher quality source of omega-3 than the capsules I was taking before. 1400mg in the deenz vs 1000mg in the capsules, and the bioavailability is obviously higher since it's food and not a capsule. My reaction tine has soared since I started.

I like to sear my deenz in a hot pan with some butter and hot sauce. Just enough to get them a little bit browned on the outside. Then have them with toast or crackers and some grated cheese.
