MICHIGAN (PATCH) — When it comes to Michigan state government, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is the highest-ranking elected official, and her job is to represent a constituency whose views span a wide range of political values and public interests.

Because of this, her job is often subject to intense scrutiny — scrutiny that comes in the form of approval ratings.

Using approval ratings for governors across the U.S., "24/7 Wall St".this week released its most recent list of Most and Least Popular Governors in America. To identify where governors ranked on the list, "24/7 Wall St" reviewed research company Morning Consult’s Governor Approval Ratings, which are based on survey data collected during the fourth quarter of 2019.

Whitmer was ranked one of the least popular governors, according to the list, coming in no. 43 overall.
As of December 2019, Whitmer’s approval rating was 42 percent.

At its highest, Whitmer’s disapproval rating was 39 percent.

You can still buy seeds and landscape supplies from small greenhouses. You just can't buy them from bigbox stores like Lowe's and Wal-Mart. There have been a lot of reports of people bringing their entire family into Wal-Mart and just meandering around because they're bored. Also, bigbox store gardening supplies are generally shit. You should be buying from your local green house. Also, you can buy carseats. You just have to call in advance. This virus has really illuminated who the fucking brainlets in this state are.

That is my governor. Sadly, elected by one county in the state. Like all states the county with the most Blacks, Arabs, Hispanics and Asians decides for everyone else in the state. That is why mass immigration is 99.9% non-whites. Politicians learned along time ago you can flood your country and state with foreigners who will vote against your native citizens if you give them free stuff and power by priority by putting them ahead of the line of your own citizens.

Anyone that bans gardens and selling seeds should be turned into fertilizer

We stand a chance of easily surviving without the food supply chain for a season or two up here, tons of natural wildlife and people like to grow their own food.
Can't have people be self-reliant though, that undercuts the induced panic, so garden sections of stores now have seeds roped off.
It doesn't matter that you were in the store already buying food, you can't buy seeds because otherwise other people might want to buy seeds too. This is the justification.
