Using drugs like weed, coke and alcohol to the point where you get drunk is immoral bc you alter your brain and even for a few moments you deny the gift God gave us, rationality.
The aim in life is to be virtuous despite being fully aware that the world is corruptible and dirty. Using drugs to hide from that and "feel better" is cowardice and it degenerates the spirit.

Those arguments are true, I won't say otherwise. Alcohol and tobacco are more harmful than weed but still legal.
However, their use is far more widespread and ingrained in our society. Smokers and drinkers are seen as cool, accomplished people, whereas stoners are universally losers.
You want to buy cigarettes or drinks, it's very easy to do so, and you can consume them in public, no one will mind. You want to get weed, you have to buy it from a dealer, and you have to consume it in private or with other stoners.
Employers won't mind if you smoke or drink. You can take smoke breaks and go for a beer with your co-workers. If you're a stoner though, you have to hide it well, or you'll get fired and ostracized, even in countries where it's legal.
Basically, weed is a loser drug and nobody likes stoners. That will definitely not change given how insufferable they are; no different from faggots going on pride marches.

True, but I'm really beginning to believe that pot isn't as harmless as everyone makes it out to be. I'm not saying it's as bad as tobacco or alcohol, but the older I get, the more I look around and notice the guys I grew up with NEED this shit just like any smoker needs a smoke at certain times of the day or any alcoholic needs their fix as soon as they wake up.
For example, I went to a little get together with some friends of mine, one of whom is a full blown pothead, and he had a borderline panic attack when we told him he couldn't get high because people were bringing their kids and they didn't want that shit around them. I've seen things like that happen more than once, when you tell them they can't have their perfectly harmless mary jay, they flip their fucking lids.
