Indeed, the Chinese are not German, they will wait until they are ready. They will fight when they believe that they have already won. However, inevitable? No. Necessary? Yes.

Their lack of Free Speech has caused much inconvenience, suffering and death. Every death outside of China has been caused by Chinese lack of Free Speech. If they implemented robust Free Speech there would be no need for war at all.
