A lot of these foreign Uber drivers are quite educated. I once had an Afghan Uber driver who was an electrical engineer. He was struggling to make money despite his education, which is what drove him to Uber driving. We got into a conversation and he told me all about how most Taliban in Afghanistan are from Saudi Arabia.
