UPS refuses to deliver to my building. The delivery guy just leaves a sticker on my door telling me to come down to their center and pick up my package. Once the UPS guy dropped my package in the middle of the street (no exaggeration). Luckily a neighbor found it and gave it to me. UPS is shit tier. USPS is a bit slow, but at least they will deliver to my building and don't leave my stuff lying in the middle of the street.
