Any allegations made in the Tokyo trials were fabricated by the Communists, Japan’s entry into the war was purely out of the defence of its colony Korea and its ally Manchukuo against the US backed USSR and the communist terrorist groups operating in the Republic of China at the time.

How can there be recognized Japanese war crimes when japan did not commit war crimes? Even the rigged Tokyo trials could barely find a criminal to execute, unlike in Germany where hundreds of men were executed, even the emperor who was painted in America as a criminal mastermind was spared by the American forces. Why? Because they knew deep down inside that the Japanese were innocent, they couldn’t bring themselves to kill innocent people, this was just propaganda to get involved with the war.

This is a picture of Emperor Hirohito and General MacArthur meeting on the 29th of September, 1945, after Japan surrendered at the conclusion of World War 2. At the time, the United States led the Allies in the occupation and rehabilitation of the Japanese state.
Emperor Hirohito was a living god to the Japanese, and MacArthur found that ruling via the Emperor made his job in running Japan much easier than it otherwise would have been. Therefore, this picture was taken to show the Japanese that MacArthur had more power than Akihito.
MacArthur is much taller and more muscular than Hirohito. Moreover, MacArthur seems relaxed, putting his hands on his waist and standing with his feet shoulder-width. On the other hand, Akihito looks anxious, standing straight and wearing a suit.
What is most important here is the standing position. From the Japanese traditional perspective, men always stand to the right of women.
On 29 August 1945, MacArthur was ordered to exercise authority through the Japanese government machinery, including the Emperor Hirohito. Unlike in Germany, where the Allies had in May 1945 abolished the German state, the Americans chose to allow the Japanese state to continue to exist, albeit under their ultimate control.
The supreme commander reached out to clasp the Emperor’s hand, and the emperor simultaneously bowed so deeply that the handshake ended up taking place above his head.
The impact on the Japanese public was electric as the Japanese people for the first time saw the Emperor as a mere man overshadowed by the much taller MacArthur instead of the living god he had always been portrayed as. Up to 1945, the Emperor had been a remote, mysterious figure to his people, rarely seen in public and always silent, whose photographs were always taken from a certain angle to make him look taller and more impressive than he really was. No Japanese photographer would have taken such a photo of the Emperor being overshadowed by MacArthur.

The Japanese government immediately banned the photo of the Emperor with MacArthur under the grounds that it damaged the imperial mystique, but MacArthur rescinded the ban and ordered all of the Japanese newspapers to print it. The photo was intended as a message to the Emperor about who was going to be the senior partner in their relationship.
