Dna tests are barely better than throwing darts at a board. Ask any ashkenashi who got apologized to after their test came back saying they were not Jewish or all the "native Americans" who tested as European.

I have read that right up to Edinburgh the Germanics settled. Scots and English really aren't very different despite what many Scots would like to believe

I am of nearly 100 percent English descent but my DNA is Scandinavian for the same reason. All those viking raiders established colonies along Western Europe and then Britain.

Yeah they do. Although one said possible ancestry in southwest France, so I don't know how accurate it is. I have no ancestors from there that I know of.

The dutch are just isolated north-germans, their language is fairly similar but isolation made the changes to their language unique and slowly un-german. ethnically they are prime n-germans.

I am half Egyptian half Slav and have more Roman ancestors according to this. But I can easily fit in within the balkans,north Italy or anywhere else in Europe phenotype wise

Regional breakdowns from the UK would be more informative. If your family is mostly from the North Sea coast or the Southwest coast, your results aren't surprising.

That's exactly why I went with ancestry instead lmao. I was extremely relieved when I opened mine, everyone thought my second great grandmother was an indian rape baby dumpster drop off, but doesn't look to be so. I still can't find her parents though, its a shit feeling.

I don't think it's yet super accurate. I have no known ancestors in northwest England. All my ancestors in the past 300 years are from the east midlands.
