I'm a libertarian but I'm a big time believer in protecting the environment, for sure. I'm not that right-wing. I sort of left-wing libertarian, so I think corporations are evil and fucking us all over. Ron Paul had some decent ideas about protecting the environment though through private property laws and a tort law where basically if a corporation polluted the environment and that pollution ever got into your land (either through water, earth or air) the corporation would he held civilly liable. I thought that was pretty brilliant, DESU. He wanted to abolish the EPA and use that system instead. Not sure how abolishing the EPA would work out, but the EPA is certainly corrupt, too.

Conservation and responsible stewardship of the land is important, but modern environmentalists are a weirdo anti-human cult that puts the MENTAL in environmental and they need to fuck off.

Fuck off kike

idgaf just wanna jerk off in peace

Ecofascist revolution now.

i think hes proposing whats called pigouvian taxation. its basically saying that if a cost isnt taken into account for a product or service, such as pollution to the environment or other health hazards that are considered externalities, the only way to make the social cost factor in is to either tax the production or hold companies liable for pollution like you said.
this is a good video on the concept: youtube.com/watch?v=CpVf11f09Pk&ab_channel=MarginalRevolutionUniversity

checked and totally agree. they refuse to see humans as part of the environment and cant understand that we have a responsibility to balance our local environments. fisheries, ecological surveys, removing invasive species, publicly owned national parks, hunting permits etc all help the environment but the left is all about this weird ideology that everything we do is unnatural and we should all just die or revert to being bronze age peasants instead of take responsibility for our animal and plant life.

go to a porn board then you retard

Im currently studying agronomy with an emphasis on agroecology (agroforestry systems and organic agriculture). You may ask anything related.

>agronomy
isnt that the people who turn corn oil into fuel or something? what are you planning on doing after your studies?

Gas the kikes

The only way to conserve or protect is with advancement and energy.

checked and based

The right needs to resurrect it's environmentalist roots and offer practical solutions to problems in place of the neoliberal/leftist globalhomo climate agenda. Trotskyist neocons royally fucked the environmental movements of leaders like Teddy Roosevelt. Now the left has monopolized environmental policy that advocates insect consumption, mass migration, wind and solar in place of nuclear, and taxes that won't do Jack shit for carbon emmissions. Leftist environmentalism is white guilt with green leaves painted over it.

>isnt that the people who turn corn oil into fuel or something?

Yeah. Agronomy is a giant universe. You can work at a biodiesel refinery or at a seedling nursery. It all depends on what you want to do/specialize.
After I get my bachelor degree, I pretend working in the field of organic agriculture, as a employee or rural property owner.
The mineral fertilizers used in agriculture will deplete someday, and we are seeing a fast desertification proccess of agricultural areas, also a high tax of cancer rates in rural workers because of pesticides.

is there a solution to the bad fertilizer and soil problem or are we going to need to accept desertification as inevitable?

views on "the environment" lol these commie infiltrated schools really fucked you guys up huh?

profit-seeking monoculture is the main problem, with proper cover crops being used less too in favour of the fertilisers. The world needs more water-retention and pollination programs

I like it, user.

My whole life I've been conservative leaning and detested that the left gets to hijack "environmentalism" and all that follows, when IMHO if you're white and responsible you are about 1000th on the list of what hurts the environment the most anyway, so why the FUCK are we attacked and demonized as the killer of the planet?

We need a new, strong, cutthroat right wing build on basic tenents of the things we all know - this includes that the number one producer of pollution that harms local ecosystems isn't white people, it's minorities and jewish schemes.

Dude, I majored in Agronomy (BS Plant & Env Soil Science w/ an emphasis on Soil & Water Science). Trust me, change majors. TRUST ME. Do Ag Engineering or something instead.

If I see one more thread about you butthurt faggots I'm going to make sure my entire minecraft server's forest burns down to show you how badly forest fires are with no control

This post is totally schizo. Who said anything about let forrests burn without putting them out? That's madness. And under the system I was discussing above, that Ron Paul laid out, someone who drove around with an exhaust like that would likely be held civilly liable for their pollution by many parties. And that's a HELL of a lot better than our current system IMO

pick up that can

Is this a bot?

I'm very much in favour of getting rid of fossil fuels, not because I think it will kill us all (we are impacting the environment but nowhere near to the degree that is claimed by alarmists) but because it is used to fund some of the worst people in the world. If we stop using fossil fuels we essentially watch the middle east return to killing one another with sticks and rocks while no longer being a threat to us. Which is just fine for me. As a bonus, cars no longer emit fumes that are unpleasant. It's a win win.

>Conservationist? Ecofascist? Environmentalist?
If you're not at least one of these things you are not right wing. This is an absolute dividing line.

Protecting the earth is important in the sense it shouldn't be free game for people to pollute. However the planet and humanity will inevitability end one way or another so it's kinda pointless.

I'm a big supporter of protecting the ocean/forests/nature in general but climate change is a fucking joke. It's also a typical left wing rat thing to act like there's no difference between those things. I love nature and want to protect it, therefore fuck the climate change agenda

>no really, pick it up, stop fucking littering

Ecofascist but I wouldn’t say it’s a core part of my political ideals

National socialism is ecofascism. We can't expect to control the State tomorrow, so we should make the greatest impact as an individual and as a local 'tribe' of family, friends, and neighbors. Use less disposable products. Compost your 'waste'. Grow your own vegetables, meat, and eggs to avoid the cruelty of the Jewish factory farm. And do it all for the health of our race, our animals, and Nature.
