People who work under the table generally do not file taxes. Many others who live in poverty\no income, like you, also do not file taxes, even though you are probably supposed to.

So basically this 1200 is what people should have gotten on their 2019 and 2018 tax returns, but didn't because of the healthcare tax taking away 90% of your return making the time it takes to even file entirely a waste, you don't get enough for the trouble in time lost. Filing and returns are a relic which has never been anything but the slightest of methods used to abuse those who feed into the banking system.
It isn't worth it to file for taxes in any year nowadays. If other human beings seek to take my earned income from me, I am sure they will find a way no matter what happens. Taxation without representation is theft.
Most all people make atleast more than 12,200 a year, so basically this stimulus is not even a net gain for anyone. Those who make more than 12,200 already lost over 1200 in the past many years due to other taxes and things which happened. They also can't give "too much money" because of how broken their system is.

You're better off turning off Federal Taxes since there is no representation for us, and by the tax code you aren't legally required to pay federal taxes if you're an average non-fed worker american. As for state taxes, the only possible way to combat the representation is to force them to the same level of poverty as the masses. So if your state is not doing as it should for you, turn off your state taxes.

They can't jail you because they don't have any more room in prison even privatized growth, and you contribute to their taxes when purchasing anyway, so you're a net gain moreso when not paying taxes, since your additional cashflow stimulates the economy more than the hoarding the state and fed do with your cash.

If you are arrested, speak no word to anyone. Speak to no one in prison, for any reason, guard, or prisoner, even if beaten to death. Say nothing. When you are in court, and the defendant is asked to rise, notice how everyone rises, and do not yourself stand up. Remain seated, remain quiet.

2008 the only gibs was UI. Only workers get UI. UI is taxed like income by the fed, and some states. Why? I dunno exactly. The logic is not great, imo, but it is the fact of the matter.
