tell me something son, would you kill an invasive creature that's decimating and unbalancing an ecosystem, like many hunters do? Why is this not true for humans as well?
Humans are the most invasive creature on earth
they destroy ecosystems in a scale never before seen, make species go extinct..

Humans cause incredible suffering, yet killing them or restricting their freedom to bear children is out of the question. Why?

Because humans sympathise and have a more emotional connection to other humans. Instinctively we react to it as if it were wrong to kill one of our own

Personally speaking, I would find it more wrong to kill a dog than a nigger.

Then why does a lot of people not care about the suffering that's covid19 causing? It's just a flu right? a boomer killer...

start with yourself you pathetic hippy faggot.

Based

You missunderstood the whole thing. I'm not against killing, I'm in favor if equity.

Well that's because you're racist. A healthy human isn't.

It’s out of sight so out of mind. People don’t realise that even just doing daily, essential activities is potentially dangerous to others. The reality of it only sets in when they are face to face with the issue

True that. Probably the same reason why the meat industry still exists, as well. Out of sight out of mind.

Equity to what extent though?

To the complete extent. All animals should share the same rights, including humans.

Even though they can’t grasp the same concepts of morality and injustice? They wouldn’t even know they are treated unequally. Humans have more programmed into them other than basic survival instincts

Because it is legally and emotionally easier to mitigate issues caused by things like rats or rabbits than to mass destroy humans, you stupid fuckwit. I had thoughts like yours when I was a hippy otherkin teenager. Go to there are already at least one thread about "humans so awful uwu".

Only humans have the ability to project such high importance and rights onto animals.

Asteroids, ice ages and volcanoes have wiped out more species than humans

Rule number taco of ClownWorld™: Discussion about controlling Human reproduction is never on the table.

Many humans can’t grasp those things

99.9% of anything that's ever lived on Earth is now extinct. Fight or become a statistic.

Yeah and we as a species have developed places and services for those people like prisons and mental health hospitals.

Survival of the fittest. We hacked the system and now do what we want. Until another animal can stop us we will spread. We have no natural predators. except other humans

I don't see why the degree of consciousness should be a modifier of the degree of justice a creature deserves.

>Humans have more programmed into them other than basic survival instincts
I disagree with that. The basic instincts are there, we're still guided and inffluenced by them, but we've developed what could be called a mental illness as a byproduct of an overdeveloped psychology. Such as accumulating wealth, having a "career", celibacy or excessive inebriation; all of these things that we take for granted make us "human" distract us from the actual point of being a living being, which is the survival of the genes: reproduction.

Because I’m a human and take my own mind’s side. Plus we’re literally better than any other animal and deserve to rule. Read genesis

Humans destroy human ecosystems too, just look at the Somalis.

You may shove your bible into your right ear.

Various viruses beg to differ.

Justice and rights for other species is a human invention. Why project your human philosophies onto animals?

Indeed, for now. Many animals have a very well developed consciousness but they lack the other factors which would take them the extra step further, like opposable thumbs

Ain't no dog ever called me racist

Regardless of how it came to be, it’s here and it’s here to stay. Worrying about nothing other than reproduction in today’s life will not bring happiness or fulfilment anymore. That’s just evolution

>Humans are the most invasive creature on earth
That is a motherfucking tragedy, it's too bad no other species can do a damn thing about it.
I can't wait to find out what nature thinks about our terminators.

That's a pretty good point really. But if you really wanna play the non-interference card, you might wanna also stop killing animals to preserve the natural balance (like they're mass murdering feral cats in Australia per instance).

Do you fuck dogs, or prevent dogs from fucking each other?

Go into the jungle and tell that to a panther.

Except us killing to our ability is natrual bud so is the same for any animal your idea of equity and or some balanced natrual scenario never existed and won't it's a constantly changing system

This logic would dictate you would have no problem giving kids the same rights as adults including the 2nd amendment the right to vote drive buy alcohol etc etc

There is no eternal natural balance. Nature is chaotic and always will be. What we can do is to try and reserve what we value because that is what we want to live for. Eg: I work in ecosystem restoration projects because I value the ecosystem being in a particular state before human interference due to the biodiversity value. Through this effort there is killing and trapping of animals that humans brought to this land n the past. The actions are of personal interest and philosophy, not for some sort of universal sense of justice.

>happiness or fulfilment
Why do you consider these things to be important? They don't have real value, they're just human illussion. There's no fulfillment, or never ending happiness, or closure.. Our overly intelligent minds fool us into thinking that each one of us is someone unique, special, destined to do what we would consider "big things".

Reality is much simpler, these little worlds we create in our brains are just delussions.

Are.. you stupid?
Survival of the fittest, dumbass. The animals aren't conscious, they don't function and by natural selection and virtue of evolution, we came out on top. As much as I despise this species, don't be a fucking eco-warrior for dumb barely living things.
