Haven't googled it or looked into in a while, but as far as I know, the amount of suicide attempts for men and women aren't too awfully far apart, but men actually succeed.

So when trans people are comprised of those that are either biologically female are actively trying to BE women, wouldn't it make sense that most of their "suicides" would just be failed attempts out of desperation for attention?
