I think it gets cold and windy and you're required to wear leather gardening gloves and a carhartt coat with sheep fur collar like a Kevin Costner. I will love it there.

Wyoming is just ranchers and meth smokers. There are no real cities there, when you think of any city from the East Coast. The State University maybe have to shut down due to not enough students (based). There's very few women there, in fact, Wyoming was the first state to push for women's suffrage as a state to attract more women and that's the only reason they did it.
