Nobody really knows what goes on in the DUMB's but I doubt its half the shit people think and a lot of it is pushed out there to distract and flood the world with disinfo that actually works to the benefit of the military. To be fair user the Germans were master builders and the first to do so in large numbers under incredible pressure during a major war. Both underground and in mountains. Unbelievable square footage complexes by the hundreds with tech from the early half of the 20th century.
The U.S. got a lot of those Germans after the war and almost immediately started doing what they were doing building underground. Don't know what they'd be for from the Cold War to now but there's no doubt with 75 years they could've built them out far bigger than you think. City size even with tunnels as the Germans had tunnels connecting theirs in WW2.
