Im pretty happy though. But that's because my country is also pretty high on the hapiness index. That is mostly not due to wealth. I mean USA has more wealth than us, but we have more socialism in our democratic system which makes the average hapiness higher.
What i mean is that because of this system we have on average a better life, which translates in more hapiness.
We work also very little, compared to people in the USA, we have a better private life/work balance and that all translates into a happy life.
I wouldn't want to trade with a country who doesn't understand this.
