I was already on Yas Forums when I heard about reddit.

I remember the first and only time I've ever gone to reddit. I decided I wanted to see if they ban people over words. So I made an account and called someone a nigger.

Banned. Sure it's edgy but yeah I don't sign up to websites where they ban people. Reddit people are scum. Absolute scum.

Ive watched one of my friends irl go from learning about what reddit is to completely changing in sense of humor and personality because of reddit. The place changes people. I cant fucking stand the guy anymore, its actually kind of sad. I think its the way its set up. The upvote system and these peoples need to be apart of something. It almost is like a cult. You are given negative feed back through the point system and "top" comments go to the top of the list. If you oppose the hive you are swiftly corrected by the herd. You want to be a "good person", you want to be intellectually jacked off, you want to think that you are apart of something that is better than everyone else. You self segregate and you adopt the personality of a redditor who are the enlightened in humor, culture, and intellectual thought. It grosses me out t b h
