Nobody needs Arnold Shittynigger's plan for anything. Do some pushups and sit ups every day, and ride a bike for 20 minutes.

It's not about "getting big." Arnold Shittynigger couldn't walk 3 blocks without having to stop for a rest. And he couldn't outrun a 4 year old in the 40 yard dash.

It's about getting strong, maintaining a reasonable weight, and having endurance enough you can fight all day.

Ignore shitty workout plans in OP and learn real fitness.

Compound exercises

Push verticle (Overhead press)
Pull vertical (Pullups or pull down machine)
Push horizontal (Bench Press)
Pull Horizontal (Some kind of row)
Core (alternate Leg lifts and Russian twists, never do sit ups or crunches)
Legs (Squat)

You can add accessory movements later. Do all of this 3 days a week, finding a weight you can do for 4-8 reps, gradually increasing reps and weight while maintaining proper form and mind-muscle connection (research this stuff, great stuff on youtube).

That fight was amazing. I watched the whole thing. Even though it was short; The slowed down replays were great. This is the difference between someone actually strong (alexander) and the guy who's ripped but went for aesthetics over strength or skill. Hey, new to lifting
Picked it up maybe 7 months ago? Got my bench to 170, my squat was almost 2 plates and my deadlift was like hundred pounds over my body weight
Anyways, I hurt my back when the bar slipped and I leaned in to catch it, deadlift
Its been weeks and while my back doesnt hurt it feels like I cannot support my back when I bend, and the muscles get tense
Sitting and standing for too long also hurts
What do
Im a jobless neet with no healthcare so cant see a doctor
Just want this to go away so I can go back to lifting I really enjoyed it

Do situps, which you should have been doing all along anyway. They strengthen the core muscles in your stomach and lower back which will lower your chances of future back problems.
