northeast thread.
what's going on boys.
how are your states handling the crisis.
satisfied with life where you are? or gonna move elsewhere?
Northeast thread
Delaware here, get me the fuck out or give me a militia to overthrow Carney.
Here in Boston it hasn’t been too bad but of course, here in East Boston, the Central American illegals aren’t adhering to guidelines and heeding advice.
NH here, shit's a normal end of winter/start of spring. Like 20 people dead in the entire state, super nothingburger.
Anytime I think about moving away from NH due to shitty winters or being the middle of nowhere I remember how bad everywhere else is and realize how nice it is here. If I moved anywhere it'd be toward the seacoast for more mild winter weather.
Tom Wolf is a tyrant.
Good they aren't adhearing. And expecting East Boston to do so, you must be fucking joking.
You think Roxbury abides?
what the fuck even is delaware? just a bunch of suburbs?
I can’t remember the last time I stepped into Roxbury but I’m sure the blacks are fucking off.
Nigs are chimping out because our media is scaring them.
The government is being slow
Stores are shutting down
And I am very bored
Nj here been exposed to so many infected pretty sure im naturally immune or caught it back in November when i had a nasty cough. Just chillin at home and going to wild life management areas to hike so pretty comfy bought witcher on sale never played it b4. Best part about this is no traffic.
Tell me more. GF and i are considering NH for a move. I want constitutional carry and Vermont is full of fags.
huge chemical plants
dupont
major location for incorporating businesses
no taxes
bidens territory
It’s called Delanoware for a reason
Their license plates remind me of death.
VT here, honestly a whole lotta nothing burger. In the area where I live, there is practically nothing different other than it being more annoying to get shit from the store. People keep saying the police care about stopping people but really all that is set up is some signs on the highways about staying home. Everything shut down before the presumptive cases became confirmed ones, so deaths are pretty low. Although I have heard that cases somehow keep sneaking into elderly centers. Hmmmm.
I'm likely to move away from the state for mainly just a change of scenery, been here too long, need something new. Maybe something coastal.
CT here. Our governor sucks massive ass. Extended the lock til may 20 when the original April 30 hasn't even passed yet.
East Providence here, looking to move to Portland, Maine.
And apparently it was the first state.
Best state in the NE for living? I think NH, PA, or ME in that order although I am not sure. I live in western NY and want to get out because of the horrible laws and culture, downstate is dragging the rest of the state down like an anchor. The only good thing about western NY is the food culture
Newcastle county
>niggers and university of delaware roasties
Kent county
>boomers and gov't workers, and dover afb
Sussex county
>ud roasties on vacation, boomers, literal faggots in rehoboth. Oh, and meth/opiod fiends
Live in western NY, its picking up here and I am starting to hear about people catching it but we're no where near as bad as NYC. Its expected to peak here within the next two weeks
Heat caps out around 90 in summer and usually hovers around 20 in winter. This year was very mild, just sucks because you can't comfortably go out for 5 months of the year.
High property tax to make up for no sales tax, keep that in mind. We are 95% white and people mind their own business, the only crime you find is occasional teens spraying graffiti and methheads. Do your research and avoid towns with a reputation for meth.
Maryland in the suburbs. Working at home, job is very secure atm. Not going anywhere for awhile. People seem to be taking it seriously here for the most part and following social distancing guidelines
Yeah aside from the retirement homes there's not a lot of cases or deaths so people are still freely fucking around and police aren't enforcing anything, although idk how they would short of randomly pulling people over and asking if they're going to a grocery store.
I haven't gone out much for groceries recently but I am starting to see masks when I do. I still can't easily find disposable masks and I don't want to be the sole freak with a P95 respirator and protective glasses so I'm just roughing it with latex gloves for now. Still socially distancing considerably so I don't kill my remaining grandparents though.
I honestly haven't even noticed a difference besides the fact that all the restaurants are closed. Stamford here
Lived in the suburbs of Pittsburgh for a few years. I was surprised at how humid it would get in the summer. I can't imagine what it's like down south.
Oh and general rule of thumb, Manchester is a dump, try to avoid it. Southern NH is basically MA suburbs, so keep in mind there are a moderate amount of hispanics and massholes down there who don't know how to drive and deal drugs. North of Manchester is for the most part fine, but I don't know every little bumfuck town. Once you get to the white mountains that's a wilderness, I do not know what the wild men do up there. Then if you go north of the white mountains you're basically canada.
Traffic is non existent. I'm in Stamford too and it shows how over crowded this part of the country is. Also the beaners are still hanging out at the labor pick up street.
Here in Pennsylvania we put a fucking trannie in charge. We're fucker bros.
This. I live in NH too. Massholes should stay the fuck out and any other liberal faggots who think they're going to come here and fuck up our based state with their liberal faggotry.
>Sussex county
>ud roasties on vacation, boomers, literal faggots in rehoboth. Oh, and meth/opiod fiends
And beaners. Nothing but Guats and fat little desert goblins from Mexico along 113 from Selbyville to Milton.
B..but I live in Manchester
NY here Cumo just banned vape sales
Any older RI anons around? Thinking of moving back to RI and wondering how it compares to 20-25 years ago. Not worried about job market or cost of living.
It’s like a giant trailer park
>Once you get to the white mountains that's a wilderness, I do not know what the wild men do up there.
That's where you find places like Bethlehem, NH which is a literal jew village where everyone walking around looks like this. They have a concert venue that offers blankets. Bizarre people. Northern NH is a far cry from Mass. culture. I'm in VT but end up over in northern NH often for hiking but the sheer number of tourists from Mass/Montreal make going on a weekend total shit.
Pawtucket is the reason Rhode Island shouldn't exist.
Come to Wilmington NC
Had a cousin who lived in Pawtucket, and I remember a lot of vacant mills and factories. Pretty run down.
I'm from EG, though.
Tbh, I'd be living up in Coos county if the wages were better. I'd go from 30+/hour to 15/hour in my industry. Just not worth it or possible.
Mass is mostly fine as long as you stay the fuck out of the boston area. what few people who must make there way to the area are getting the best traffic in years. worcester boomers were all excited about fucking up our traffic situation by building a minor league stadium for the providence "red sox" in kelly square but that's on hold, probably means boomers are losing money. (and that's a good thing) The deacon at my church is still holding stations of the cross and I want to scream at him but at this point I don't bother fucking communicating important things to boomers anymore, it's like talking to air. If he wants to kill half our already decrepit congregation then fine, and if they live then fine, too. Whatever.
Maybe I should move back.
All I know of Wilmington is that Dawson's Creek was filmed there. Looks nice.
Are there many niggers?
Upstate NY here.
Fucking boomers walking around without masks as usual. Not obeying the 6' rule. Congregating in groups.
Stupid maskless assholes can't fucking manage to work the credit card machine at Stewarts, a regional convenience store chain.
No fuckhead swiping it like you are Jack the Ripper doesn't work.
I find myself starting to lose patience and have started cursing them behind my mask.
NYC user, everything is fine, except for waiting to get in to the stores, have to go at the right times,
>right when store opens
got wait in line
>noon till about 6pm
retardedly long lines
>around 10am and right before closing
no lines at all
im not really sure what the reason is, but i live right next door to largest super market in my neighborhood and that is the daily trend.
Yeah man, total toilet. I much prefer Charleston or the shore. Theres a dope observatory right near the beach. Not sure if they still do. But there used to be public hours on fridays. My other Rhode Island memory is fresh seafood in Galilee.
Eastern CT. Once again Western CT and city fags are ruining what would otherwise be a bearable part of the state to live in. Also, my place of employment is still open for business and my coworkers and local media are clamoring to shut it down. Pretty much everyone has bought into the scam Hook line and sinker.
Maine here. 4 Of Clubs. I think a lot of us are staying low to find out if this is a real virus or an authoritarian takeover.
>northeast thread.
Southie here. Walked into the local Stop & Shop today and they're not even regulating how many people can be in the store at once. The building was built in the 1940s and has the tightest aisles I have ever seen in a supermarket. The place was jam packed with no one practicing any degree of social distancing. I walked in to get some canned food to round out what I got back in February and said "fuck this" and ran out.
I was thinking about moving to Buffalo since rent looks cheap but NY state laws made me a bit skeptical. Then again I'd probably move to the fucking Antichrist pyramid in Antarctica to get out of this nasty ass Florida weather.
Probably at George's of Galilee. Best seafood restaurant in New England.
Getting pretty fucking annoyed.
Go out to get groceries, about half the people are wearing masks. Not me, don't care.
Can get anything you want at the stores, beer, wine, doggy treats, meat , bread...literally everything but fucking toilet paper.
Why toilet paper? anyone got a good answer to that? How can you get paper towels, but nobody is making fucking toilet paper?
Lucky I have some stored away, anyway.
But it just confuses me how you can manufacture all this other crap, but can't make toilet paper.
Terrible. I'm (((New Jersey))). There's too many Jews here and the governor is closing everything until May 20
>Tom Wolf is a tyrant.
I didn't fucking vote for him.
If you are from upper NE then there will definitely be way more than you are used to, but it’s 75% white which is pretty white for a southern state, excluding TN/KY, which are our whitest states
