>Oslo
paki's dont pay rent.
This layout is trash for so many reasons. Why are Europeans so retarded?
My finished basement is bigger than that dude.
>Oslo
The cold whispers of rape waiting to happen.
Good job user. Am proud of you.
>I'm morally better because I have more money
no different from Saudi sandniggers, remote inhospitable country blessed with crazy oil resources
put Achmeds cock back on your mouth, nordcuck.
its a morgage bro
23 years left
I did user. I "learned to code" and bought a house with my new income. Feels good to be a part of the landed class.
based
lets laugh at renters
>31 sqm
>house
How do two people use that bed?
you just sleep in it
European flats are always hideous, uncomfortable and poorly planned. Every AirBnb I've been to across europe has been a "unique" dumpster fire
Where is your storage?
Bought a house in a small town for a 100k, I've been mapping out the yards getting ready to add stone pillars with horizontal cedar beams in the front and a couple of garden beds.

>bathroom isn't en suite
nice user
oh my bad, then enjoy paying rent and calling it mortgage faggot
You’re going to die one day just like me pal
Go fuck yourself
i own the apartment the bank just loaned me the money for it
Well the hell do you store things? Where do you put your clothes?
>renters
Imagine paying someone else for the privilege of having a place to sleep
>31sqm
That is not a house, it's a glorified shed.
>its an investment
A poor one.
>ill make money on it while you guys lose money on renting
Actually, instead of buying a $250k condo, I invested it in an index fund and make an average of $20,000 a year while doing nothing. Meanwhile, the condo will make maybe $12k a year after maintenance. Who's losing money here?
>”buying” a unit in a complex you’ll never own
Sure nigga
>Countertop space is smaller than sink, no where to prepare meals
>Doesn't have enclosed shower, entire floor and washing machine will get wet when showering
>No place for a TV, wall space directly across from the couch is taken up by a door
>Need to cut through bedroom to get to balcony
>Wastes precision bedroom space with double bed, incorrectly implying the occupant of this apartment would have anyone to sleep with
>Wastes floor space with foyer, while other rooms are almost debilitatingly small.
Euros brag that having universal healthcare gives them a "higher standard of living", but they live in these rabbit hutches. Pathetic.
Thats not a house, that's a cuckshed
It's "mortgage" and you know what "mort" means?
It means "death" in French.
An engagement until your death.
Holy shit do yuropeons really live like this?
enjoy your lively diverse future neighbors goy
Had no idea mortgage and marriage meant the same thing. No wonder the two most expensive things in my life are my house and my wife.
>be rentfag
>2br/1ba single house
>shit kinda sucks
>but then pipes burst and ruined the HVAC ducting
>maintenance guys come over and fix everything for free
>2k+ of repairs, even if i had done a lot of it myself
>didnt have to do it myself
>didnt have to pay
basically 2 months worth of rent in repairs done for none other than what i rent the place for normally.
it can pay off sometimes, oslonigger.
Its a literal hospital room.
Where do you put your battle-station?
The layout of that place is horrendously bad. I would not buy that place for that reason alone.
So many questions
Where is the battlestation setup to go?
Won't the washing machine get wet from the shower? That is really poor long term placement.
Where is the TV to go? It can't even hang in the middle of the sofa/couch
No room for mountain bike/guns/any other outdoor activity stuff?
Where is all of the dry food going to go? It can't go under the counter because that's where the plates/pots/cutlery will be.
OP that's the size of my room.
90 k / outside of tulsa oklahoma, on an acre of cross timber forest. Lots of fruit trees and game to hunt in the hills.
God bless America
honestly tho. wasted space in the entryway, the couch is facing a door, bathroom is oddly placed and not connected to the bedroom
>Who's losing money here?
You are, if your rent is over 8k a year.
What retard designed this? Why do you need to walk through the kitchen to go to the toilet? Also laundry goes where?
This would be considered a terrible home even by British standards.
>implying anyone living in an apartment in the centre of a major city actually has a large apartment.
I also like the way you're commenting on a literal fucking drawing and acting as if this is how the OP has used the space.
I own a house. It cost 572k. I put down 150k in cash, my mom gave me 100k in cash for it, and my dad gave me the rest in cash to purchase it.
but that's not a house, that's an apartment
i don't like apartments because i don't like neighbors, both niggers and libertarians play the 'muh house, muh rules' when they disturb the peace
and if i'm moving to the suburbs i might as well buy an old countryside house, i'll waste just as much time going to work plus i'll have more space, no neighbors and the innawoods to go in
like how do you get out of bed from the wall side if someone else is asleep next to you?
Not only you pay mortage... you probably pay rent too if that is in a appartmentblock wich usually covers many expenses... some have high rent and newer appartments have lower rents.
Poorly designed to say the least. Definitely work done by a contractor who hired someone to make psds and renderings. Architecturally inconsiderate of the people living there, typical gridal design that attempts to create more rooms than necessary.
That design is kinda fucked man are you supposed to sit on the couch and watch your bedroom door. Also no desk? Where you putting your battle station man
cute kitchen bro
>cold whispers
>of rape
>waiting to happen.

POWERFUL! Bring the edge down like 5 notches.
That's the size of my living room & kitchen, in my two story, 9 room, 170 year old Victorian.
Haunted, too.
terrible design
I can only afford to buy a house in small towns of less than 2000 people.
I don't have the first clue about buying a house. I wish I could just buy land with electricity and an outhouse as that's all I really need.
I bought 5 acres a couple months ago
Well is going at the beginning of may, we plan to move up there by june
Wtf is this from?
