The layout of that place is horrendously bad. I would not buy that place for that reason alone.

Where is the battlestation setup to go?
Won't the washing machine get wet from the shower? That is really poor long term placement.
Where is the TV to go? It can't even hang in the middle of the sofa/couch
No room for mountain bike/guns/any other outdoor activity stuff?
Where is all of the dry food going to go? It can't go under the counter because that's where the plates/pots/cutlery will be.

OP that's the size of my room.

90 k / outside of tulsa oklahoma, on an acre of cross timber forest. Lots of fruit trees and game to hunt in the hills.

Not only you pay mortage... you probably pay rent too if that is in a appartmentblock wich usually covers many expenses... some have high rent and newer appartments have lower rents.
