You’d be surprised at the influence Yas Forums has on twitter and on gen z youth. Whether directly or indirectly I’d say it’s influence has grown. The doomer meme and the nordic gamer meme have been wide spread on Twitter , used even on Reddit and pewdiepie YouTube videos.

I think it's just the general global narrative shifted a bit and the overton window moved.
So the ideas originating from Yas Forums are no longer as shocking.
The world got inoculated against edgy swastika frog memes and the wokeness became less popular at the same time. Therfore what we did no longer works.
Plus the demographics of the site changed as well, now we have all kind of reddit "conservatives" here.
