once states start publishing zip code infection rates we're in for fun times

That house is a quarter mile long, it's actually a great deal

I bet you laugh at jokes told at church.

Church is not the place for jokes, son. Light-hearted jests maybe but not jokes. You millenials think everything is a joke

it takes a while because of the nature of the business. But yes they will collapse.

No, they will pump as much money into the system they need to and avoid price collapse. If anything proves will go up. The best thing to do is but now and lock in at these cheap interest rates and let inflation give you a super good deal.

Well at least I'll be able to pay off my First-Time Home Buyer Incentive loan for dirt cheap.

How long is awhile do you expect?

Not that user, but I've been looking at my area and the housing market has deff slowed down.

This is the beginning of the hot market seasons usually for housing and there are barley any new homes being bought and construction seems like its slowed down as well.

I say give it 9-12mo and within that time you'll deff see many areas the housing dip. It also depends on what happens to our economy if there is hyper deflation and then hyper inflation.
