The juice isn't going to give you much nutritional bang for your buck. It tastes good, but the sugar in it means your body can't actually use the vitamin C in the orange juice or the C and potassium in the applejuice.
Instead of juice, try switching to unsweetened iced tea (I just make a giant jug and let it steep in my fridge for 24 hours and drink it when I want juice or whatever).
Better sources for potassium would be bananas and sweet potatoes. For C go with whole oranges, or even better: broccoli and cauliflower.

The S in SNAP stands for Supplemental. It's meant to supplement income to the required degree for you to eat. The more you make, the less you get in food stamps. OP probably qualified for more initially but then got a job so their benefits were cut.
