Finally, they are going to be touting the curve flattening, but in reality as soon as they relax the restrictions its going to come back. Theyll ratchet the quarantines back down and it will start dropping off again, then they are going to loosen them and it will come back. We're going to be looking at a quarantine/infection rate spike/re-quarantine roller coaster for atleast the next year until an effective cure or vaccine is developed.
