No, don't waste your money for something you can neither use nor upkeep without a crew. Do you know how horrible it is for the driver to switch to the commanders' copula, reload and aim? It'll take you long enough for someone to throw a moli or two into the engine and blow your ass up.
If anything, buy an old BMP and use it as a mobile base. It takes you a few seconds to switch seats, it's easy to drive and doesn't use explosive shells, which you'll never use anyway. They are even cheaper and the spare parts are easy to come by, just make sure to buy a "standard" one and not one of the million variants the soviets produced

The barrel is so large you could use the optics of your weapon through it. The soviets had a system where stuff was expendable and needed constant depot level maintenance. For example their planes (mig21) had cheap engines that needed depot level overhaul every 400H running time. Wheras western engines of the same era could get 1K+ hours between overhauls.

Furthermore get a recovery tank if you must, no gun so demilling is cheaper.
